For those that don’t follow my real estate writing at Geek Estate (I stopped auto syndicating those posts here a couple weeks ago), here’s a post that isn’t really related to real estate tech that you should SERIOUSLY read – Designing for Generosity, Giftivism, and Real Estate.

And take the 18 minutes it takes to watch the following movie — it’ll be time well spent. The premise of the TED talk is that the world should be designed for generosity rather than selfishness. I agree.
