There were three kinds of agents: Those who produced results; those who were learning how to produce results; and those who blamed everyone but themselves for their inability to produce results.

The breakdown of Producers, Improvers, and Blamers isn’t specific to real estate- it applies across the board, no matter what industry you are in.

If 80% of this world was split between producers and improvers, we’d be in a great spot and probably 25 years ahead of where we are in terms of innovation. But, unfortunately, 80% of people fall in the blamers category.

I’d encourage you to focus your efforts on spending time with doers (producers and improvers).
