What feedback have you received from past managers?
Great question.
My extreme self awareness has to top the list of managers’ feedback. I’ve always been able to attract talent to collaborate or work with; others (almost) always enjoy working in teams with me. Both a plus and a negative (at time): I’m honest — perhaps even too honest. Empathy is my super power (now even more so than earlier in my career), and managers know it. Managers would also say I’m responsible, collaborative, cooperative, intelligent, innovative, consistently thinking outside the box, and creative. Lastly, I make decisions with a very strategic lens to favor long term outcomes over short term solutions.
